Muy agradable el hotel y las habitaciones, la ubicación es retirada del centro, pero fácil de moverse en taxis, sería muy bueno que si restaurante tuviera servicio hasta tarde, ya que no hay nada que cenar cerca o donde estar en la noche!
Es un lugar bonito, la atención en el restaurante es mala por parte del personal de ahí. Sus habitaciones son muy limpias y amplias, sus vistas son bonitas ya que puedes contemplar la naturaleza del alrededor. En tema de la ubicación se batalla si es que quieres entrar por las calles del centro ya que son empedradas, muy angostas y si a eso le sumas que está con unas subidas muy pronunciadas es difícil, recomendable ingresar por el lado de la pista aunque se da más vuelta no forzas tu auto ni batallas tanto en maniobras.
Un bonito y agradable hotel a 15 minutos de Taxco centro. Las habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas, el restaurante acogedor y funcional, la comida es buena. El área del balneario bastante bien equipada, todo ameno y satisfactorio. Conserva calidad y precios accesibles aún en temporada alta (estuve ahí en Navidad), además son Pet Friendly, serviciales y cordiales. Si regreso!!
El hotel es muy bonito y con excelente vista. Solamente en limpieza del cuarto no estuvo tan bien, el desagüe de la ducha se obstruía y entonces se mantenía sucia. Tampoco había alguien de servicio disponible como para comentarle.
The personnel was really kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and they have great outdoor pools with slides. There’s plenty of parking. The food tho, it made me sick, but I’m not sure it was only because of the food cause I had plenty of emotions on that day. Location is not close to downtown. But the view is totally worth the distance. We’ll go back when in Taxco!
Beautiful hotel overlooking the mountains. They have an extensive breakfast buffet every Sunday until 1:00pm that I would highly recommend.
La parte del balneario está muy bien, el hotel en general tiene instalaciones bonitas y un buen servicio, solo hay que considerar que está aproximadamente a unos 15 minutos en coche del centro. De igual manera, una única observación, en la habitación que nos hospedamos la cama rechinaba bastante, con solo moverte un poco, al parecer estaba rota la base, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, muy bonitas vistas desde el restaurante.
